By the time I got up and made coffee i got a text from Courtney to come watch fireworks with them.
7:48pm-
On someones roof eating burgers with Courtney and Kat.
8:56pm-
We all walk down the street to someone elses house. The 'tallest roof in Brooklyn' to watch fireworks. All 25-30 of us.
9:20pm-
I talked to a girl from Wisconsin-
She was a foot taller than me.
I made fun of her accent.
I told her (joking!) that I'm from Texas so I'm not afraid to hit women.
She sat suspiciously close on the roof during the fireworks. Courtney and Kat said she was interested.
I blamed my dad.
A 'Minute Journal' is an idea I had after I noticed how many things happen in a lifetime. Things that, unless recorded, will go completely unnoticed and be forgotten. Not all of them are funny or exciting, but they are all things that have happened exactly as I have written them. Nothing is going to be made up or embellished to be more entertaining. This is life: as it happens.
