When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, "I used everything you gave me".

9:22am-
Up at 8:30 to go look at places.
Then the guy called so I canceled cause it's so wet an drizzly and cold and windy and bad outside.
9:35am-
So, since I was already out of the house, I went to the closest Starb and talked to an employee about NOT NY.
And, of course, if you give me coffee, I'm gonna want some toast, eggs and hash browns to go with it.
3:58pm-
Yeah... So I came home, ate my breakfast and then went back to sleep. Until now.
And I'm only awake now cause there's a cellist in the living room and I wanna hear her play.
....I wish I could do that.
6:09pm-
After reading for a few solid hours, I'm off to find a burrito.
6:28pm-
7 cold blocks of rain and wind.. But i found one.
10:58pm-
Took a swig of whiskey straight outta the bottle.
It was like kissing a girl you've never kissed before for the first time.
That head swirling 'what just happened?!' feeling...
But, even so, I still cant like whiskey.
1:00am-
Yeah.
I'm watching the Muppets Take Manhattan.
Yeah...
By myself.
1:49am-
Left the house (for the first time without my phone....?!). Came back with poptarts, chips and popcorn. They're gonna think I been doing drugs...
5:08am-
Maybe I won't sleep tonight.
Just keep checking off the movies on my long "unwatched" list.
Amadeus. Check.
Muppets take manhattan. Check.
Next I think... A Clockwork Orange..?
Then it'll be time for my morning coffee and reading.

Umbrellas during a storm in NY are like armadillos on the highway in the Arizona desert.
(this is half of what i saw in 5 blocks.)
