These are hula hoop girls. Kind of a weird and awkward talent.. Especially to do in the subway..
But they are good at it- kicking a leg straight up thru the hula hoop and keeping it moving the whole time and the other playing Yann Tiersen on her harpsichord..

I was just bragging about my cherry preserves and I found this...
I had no idea all these different kinds of cherries even existed!!

Were trying to make chicken and dumplings... We had to add more dumplings.. And then more water... Until we finally had accidentally doubled the normal 'family size'.....
I hope it turns out good.
[2 hours later- it WAS good. And I think I ate a pound of it..]

She calls, drunk and crying, and just wants me to talk....
I tell her about my day, and the museum, and the cat that i know understands English...
She wants answers. And I always feel like Im so close to having them... But don't.
How am I supposed to help other people when I can't even get MY OWN SELF a bed to sleep in...?!?!
